In jade you will get a chance to learn new technologies. There is even scope to change your domain. Work life balance is great. Job security is there. Jade is what now because of it's people and you will feel it when you join.

Dislikes

Nothing as such. A little bit of pressure on office timings, but that's a individual experience.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
