1. Senior Leadership is very poor especially the Mumbai AF PU Head Kamal Jain who comes from Maintenance background and constantly threatens people with their Jobs. Till the time he is there, refrain joining Jacobs at senior positions. Because of him, many good people have left organization since last 2 years.

Jacobs is mainly involved in B&I ,Pharma, semiconductor and green hydrogen & green ammonia businesses. Jacobs always gives priority to the health & safety of its employees. the company provides WFH to maintain and enjoy work-life balance. In Jacobs, everyone is treated equally and you can approach any person or VP or MD of company without any hesitation.

you may face shortage of projects for sometime so you may sacrifice your some leaves. apart from this, there are no other issues.

Salary and Increments are not great. There is huge variation in salaries and is not in line with experience of the employee. Also , the job involves backend work which is not great from career point of view.

The Work life balance is excellent. Its a haven for lazy, inefficient workers. Nobody speaks business language English. Engineers is speak in marathi and clients are happy with deficient output. Working for 1-2 hours per day and shamelessly charging 8 hours per day is firm benchmark.

Very poor hikes, rotten HR policies and Sir-Mam culture is encouraged at all levels. Lack of competitive resources. Labor lacks demographic diversity. Parking problems, No gym, No library, No reimbursements

I joined in 1993,that time it was Humphreys &Glasgow, in 1996-99 it was taken over by Jacobs. Until the new management came in somewhere around 2014-15, the culture and work atmosphere was excellent, due to detoriation of work culture, i resigned in June 2018 after working for 25 years.

Personal grudge by the manager and not recognizing and rewarding the right person due to personal grudge.

Politics in entire office, especially project accounting team. On interview time they will offer you one role and after joining of the company they will offer different role . if we ask them for actual role they will play politics with you. They are forcing to employees for Sunday working. Specially in transection team. Transactional team ledy manager is not good. She doesn't have any knowledge about project. She will extend your probation period without any reason. And They are not giving the proper training. In my case they forced to me for resign. I personally request to you don't join Jacobs.
