This company good for starters your career and after 2 years need to change company because There is no growth and there is no salary increment properly on time.

Dislikes

Management is very worst and they don't follow company rule or uae labor laws

Worked with Jacky's Electronics for 5 years and the working experience was excellent. Atmosphere was pleasent, and the safest place to work with Jacky's. Work satisfaction was 100% . learnt many new things . which were helpful in my work. When i entered the Company I was competely raw and inexperienced , but because of the supportand team work I rose up to the position of Business Co Ordinator . The company a well established group with all potential resources for business development. Originally it was a small trading company in Hong Kong and widened their horizon upto African countries. I was responsible for Middle East and African countries, handled Human Resource Development and General Administration to provide back office support for business development. The major business is Retail Operations and all employees used to receive best benefits of bonus and incentives based on annual profit. The company has a tremendous growth in line with the development of Dubai retail operations. I was one of the best employees left the organization on personal issues and the company has good reputation with the support of well treated employees...Read More

The timings, most of the meetings and confidential discussions used to be held after office hours and the rest the policies/procedures and follow up were very good.

Work Details

Worked at Jacky's was a challenge and I fulfilled the entire expectations of top management and the work force. I was well recognized and the we used to call a family member of Jacky's. I enjoyed the annual get together on Diwali day was excellent.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
