It is first not for design engineer's workplace, its totally depends on your intrest of work you like to work on product or just to work on concepts. No Saturday off and yes salary hike is 10 % at November and 5 % at mid. Profit sharing is there but it is not much.

We wonder to work in jabil the falsity and Cruz's are better to perform actual job. the management behind life are is to under stable but the salary need to grown- up as per the work distribution.

The food cultures is need to upgraded, The operators are working heavy so they need to provide energy drinks on break time rather than providing them Tea.
