As we are an organisation in Healthcare Domain ,the requirements are very high from the regulations in terms of documentation keeping in mind customer and patient safety. Our emphasis on written communication ensures clarity and accountability, which we find essential for maintaining high standards in our work. • The interview process is structured to thoroughly evaluate a candidate’s skills, including aptitude and typing assessments, which are vital for certain roles. We believe this approach ensures the best match between the candidate’s abilities and the role’s requirements. We share the Job description, the expectations from the job, the role in details during the interview itself. • We encourage open communication and value the input of every team member.
