Likes

Job was secured for performer and culture of company was very good and company was running on corporate policy of JK group. Management was good and learning for individual was exceptionally good.

Dislikes

Some times, it was observed that, whenever Top management was changed, some differentiation is being observed even for performer.

Work Details

I was looking after the Power plant & Electricals of complete plant as well as were allowed to look after complete plant operation. Management had encouraged me to make surplus electricity by Co-generation and export to grid. JK sugar was first in UP.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
