My experience was gud in this company but during this pandemic company has relieved me from services which has disturbed my bread n butter which is very terrible. And I m still waiting for clearance after immediate release.

The job security in this company seems to be less due to low n abrupt management. The higher authorities has no team coordination for polite n humble environment in the work zone.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
