Overall staff is cooperative, working culture is good. But there has been no support from the company during lockdown.

Since I am working on Metro Project I always get the opportunity to face some new challenges which I think is good for my future. Working environment is Homely type. Every one is supportive. You have good Job security. Politics is moderate.

Dislikes

In this firm the main problem starts from Desktop PC's. After joining your PC's is allotted after 6 months. Salary is not on time and also Salary appraisal is Very Poor.

I am Quantity Surveyor in this firm, so i have to do BBS and other related works like calculating the qty of Concrete required, coupler quantities.
