Sundays are off for you as well as depends on site requirements and if you work on sundays you get complimentary off for the same month in which you worked. Hence , good factor for a construction company.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
