One of the large amount of project grabbed by J kumar and there are many scope in casting yard, good experience for someone who will continue the project till ending.

Dislikes

There are many politics in between staffs and new people are not treated well by management even though they are experienced sometimes they have to work under juniors.

Work Details

Everyday getting frustrated and thinking to leave the job. Though there is nothing new for me at work site and I have already experience in same segments and I proved but still management has decided to deploy me under a junior.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
