International exposure, very technical product, some seniors very supporting. Some time pay scale is good, all depends upon how you negotiate. There is nothing fixed.

Management does not care about any employee. Few people in head office are always licking management feet. Lot of unethical practice. Senior and old people not trusted. Only those who will say good things and show fake dreams are trusted. Lot of rejection in factory, management does not bother to control. Many senior and experiencedpeople have left the company last few months, management dont bother to make them stay. Only need sales by any way. Always threat to kick out of company at any small incident. Everyone works in fear so that not kicked away next month. Culture is very bad and people somehow just want to keep their job....Read More

The only thing good about this company is time flexibility. You can come and go beyond time provided u complete ur daily work

This place does not require an engineer. Any graduate with basic aptitude can learn the work here. Employees here are underplayed. Salary hike is negligible . I have seen people working here for as long as 15 years to start with a salary of 5k and now reaching 12k after 15 years . So this is . Every employee is made to do everythinghere . For example a newly recruited intern will carry on regular work of inspection, production, store data mantainance or even packing . No projects run here. I was responsible for inspection of running production and of products going to be exported. The Variety of products are of same circular shape so an inspection staff deals with vernier scale 90% of the time .
