Ivy is a place to get what you give in fact more than that. It is one of the best places to work with job security, work-life balance, wonderful work culture. Management is very good.

I am a systems analyst who works on gathering the requirements and implementing them.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
