I left Ivy before lockdown even. Top Management is very good & supportive . The issue is with financial security. Being an employee, we pay from our pocket for our accommodation, travelling and other expenses but there is no fixed date to get salary which really affects your expense cycle & hard to manage since u r the only bread earner for yo family. My best wishes to Ivy Group to come out from such situation so that no employee should leave or loose his job...Read More
