When I was working , I was sincere in my work and complete my dutu on time .I was happy to receive the benefits like mediclaim and from IVRCL.

Dislikes

I was upset when I heard my termination from u for reducing the staff . I was disappointed , I worked nearly 8 years but they didn't consider about my family situation how the family will suffer when the head of the family lost his job. During those days we hurt lot .

When I was working in IVRCL ,I had work satisfaction.I lead my life smoothly.Providing benefits to the staff was good.

Dislikes

One thing I dislike permanent staff suddenly terminated because of surplus staff.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
