Other than the fact that you get to work a lot, nothing looks good at this company

I have worked at Iveond for more than year. I started at a time where I needed a job badly, so I was ready for a lower pay and I feel like they took advance of my situation. After I started I realized that it's a toxic environment. Employees are often expected to work late hours with no incentives. The hard work never gets any recognition. The growth inside the company is pretty flat. HR is practically a joke and does not have power to implement changes based on feedback...Read More

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
