I have worked at Iveond for more than year. I started at a time where I needed a job badly, so I was ready for a lower pay and I feel like they took advance of my situation. After I started I realized that it's a toxic environment. Employees are often expected to work late hours with no incentives. The hard work never gets any recognition. The growth inside the company is pretty flat. HR is practically a joke and does not have power to implement changes based on feedback

There are many companies in the market but we cannot consider all of them in the list of good IT companies. Getting a job in such companies is the dream of every aspirant and I am pleased to say that I have got a great working environment, a good team, and management at IVEOND Discipline is as vital as our dedication to the company. Every organization has the right to deal with employees who do not abide by the organization's procedures and strategies. I genuinely like my workplace just the way it is and I personally appreciate each and every coworker encouraging me to move forward in every way in this company.

Being first of my jobs in Hyderabad, IVEOND has been a great experience. The senior authorities & management has been very supportive & encouraging to learn more and more. If one prefers being more into work than other gossiping & politicking stuff, this is just the place to be to focus & work. One can have many chances of growth & opportunities if is sincere enough & an initiator. I believe a lot also depends on an employee's contribution. But if truly invested, you are sure to get a lot more than expected in return from this organization.

The organization is fabulous about how they treat their workers. They have a good career path that assists you with understanding how to get a higher level. I am working as a software engineering for 7 months now & have learned a lot of things about artificial intelligence with different frame works and tools.
