Likes

Learning environment is great because company gives overall responsibility related to any particular project or assignment. Salary, appraisal, incentives are average for average employee but for star performer these things holds no bar. Over all a great organization with a very professional approach with internal and external customers.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? Internal process takes time to take action either from HR, financial or any other department. Company have to provide corporate card for expenses for sales guy. (Instead of expense from own pocket and claim)
