I like the cultyre in the office. Its mostly like a family culture. We get freedom about most of the things for example the timing when we take a break , we do not have to maintain its record. We are given Tea/Coffee with biscuits at our desks twice a day. We are also provided with a facility of having a free Maggi anytime we want. We are allowed to put our own belongings on our respective desks without the fear of loosing it. My Team Leader, is very co-operative and friendly. She understands our concerns well and responds accordingly is what I like the most about ItVedant's employee. Because at the end of the day, it's only our team leader and team members who matters the most with whom we keep good, healthy and friendly relationship which also indirectly makes us love ItVedant....Read More

Dislikes

Most of the things in ItVedant is What I like but I don't like the salary I get. I wish if I get my salary a bit more enough to satisfy my family needs at home. Because in today's date each and everything is so expensive.

The branch manager and colleagues were supportive at the Bangalore branch. have innovative ideas to implement. You have time for upgrading yourself. Small celebrations are carried out for almost all occasions. They have a highly skilled team for removing negative reviews and generating positive reviews across almost all platforms

They make a lot of false promises during the hiring process. If an employee leaves, it takes a lot of time for replacement, and the pressure falls on those who stay. The focus is on profit, so they try to hire trainers for cheap, which results in low-quality training. Trainers do not receive incentives on time. There is no proper monitoring or measurement of the work done. There is always a lack of proper communication from the head office. The content needs a lot of improvement. Many topics are just copy-pasted from the web. The technical infrastructure is very poor, with no smart screens or devices. Most of the desktops are also malfunctioning. There is no proper coordination and follow-up for student placement. EMS & LMS are working on PHP, which is slow and full of bugs....Read More
