I enjoyed my tenure at ITILITE thoroughly, It felt like a team and culture and aggressive and too fast-paced, but it made me learn and grow professionally.

Dislikes

It was well when we started here, the team was well, we got to learn so much more, now it's just getting so unrealistic day by day, it's getting difficult to keep up with. No job security nothing, there is always a sword hanging on you. You can go fast for a shorter period of time but you cannot go far. For me beyond a point, it was just plain exhausting.

Here no one is considered senior or junior as everyone is friends with everyone. The work culture is very friendly in the sense that people are extremely helpful and no one denies helping you out. The leadership should recognize more employees for their work and trust their employees with regard to work. The promotion and increment must be improved. The leadership and HRs must try and retain top talent if they are planning to move on.

There is nothing to like about. Its a startup with no long term vision, employee growth or satisfaction. Extremely intrusive and policing of employee activities.

Some of the new people in the leaderships are terrible they will take irrational decisions and don't know about how to convey things in the teams specially in the Engineering Department.
