Dislikes

There is so much favouritism. People from good B schools will get applauded for anything and everything they do, where as others will not even get glanced twice how much you work. People are not ready to join this company and the managers are on their keens. I think they should focus on improving their retention first. How come an entire team gets changed evey 2 years ?

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
