company gave a good response towards covid-19 and took so many safety mushers to control covid-19.

Dislikes

I face only problem is that the management haven't paid casuals April-20 month salary which was really very burden to manage family, if company considers and give the salary that will be very helpful to everyone .

Work Details

my work is to give allotment and vacation of quarters to non ITI and ITI employees, refunding deposits to non iti people after vacation the quarters which they have paid at the time of allotment, looking after mailing section ( post dept).

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
