Company having diverse portfolio in terms of projects, job security for permanent people is good and salary on time. ITD Cem provides on job trainings. Salary above Assistant Manager level is good. Matches of cricket arrange by corporate and sites.

Dislikes

Increment for non technical posts is very less although my background is engineering, promotion comes late. Salary is average and growth is slow. Frequent transfer within country in cities or villages, No family life or me time.

Work Details

My job and portfolio am handling is very nice and challenging. From start teammates has given training and learn another from senior executives and still learning from them. Diverse projects and Different challenges you will face everyday.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
