People are knowledgeable and friendly in general. Training is not very organized, but being provided to anyone who really needs it. For most of the team mates travel is not too much, but moderate at best. Of course it depends on the project/work needs. Feel that the Company stands by the people in personal difficult times. Compensation is not really best in industry, but near the top of charts. A ppraisal is mostly based on personal relations and satisfaction of the superior persons. The internal documentation is not in place. It is very hard to find anything related to HR and admin in one place. There is no in-house website or central server space with all documentation. For travel, the allowances are pretty low. In most of the cases it is needed to get special approvals for hotel/fooding etc. And as per knowled ge, the allowance slabs are not revised since 2000 !!...Read More
