Good learning opportunities for freshers under a big brand

Dislikes

Company culture, unprofessional employees and salary and benefits are very poor compared to other FMCG companies. No work life balance.

Good company for freshers, lots to learn and good brand name.

Dislikes

People at TM&D division have to work drom 9AM to 11PM at night. Only people who are at the top enjoy luxuary work life. It is a very low work-life balance there. The compensation is poor and people who are at the bottom find it difficult even to buy food and groceries. Location is never fixed for a suitable long term. In case you do not butter/bribe your boss/manager, you may be rotated through cities in a short span of 7 - 10 days. So imagine the case of married people or new couples. Also office space stays full of smell of tobacco, it is the market leader in cigarette after all!...Read More

It's a giant company. Benifit is like government job. Timely salary.

Dislikes

Hr is puppet here. If you got a toxic manager that could make your life hell. And continuous travelling make you sick here.
