I like the training which they provide to the Freshers which none of the FMCG provide. FMCG is really a great career path and especially a company like ITC is growing.

Dislikes

The higher officers are really partial and they just look out for their place , language people and promote them. There is no value or scope for people who work hard where in they don't have any support from the any of the higher authorities.
