ITC has given me growth in terms of every aspect, but on account of certain compromises. Working for ITC is prestigious among all, but due to recent covid situation has worsen the work culture. You name it any division or category, everyone got hit. ITC is not realising same and changing its way of process to achieve targets. They have become more aggressive and aren't listening to any ground level team. They need to understand that balancing mental pressure is as important as achieving given targets and agendas. Every business has advantages and disadvantages. All you have to do now is identify your grey areas and collaborate with the company. This firm has provided me with a wealth of business expertise. Pros Teammates are helpful, In terms of process, JIT is in sync, Day to day learnings, Multitasking, Etc. Cons Salary is a sensitive subject for me since, despite putting in a tremendous amount of effort and hopping from one place to another, I believe I'm underpaid. Appraisals are tainted because of involvement from others, and they are not based on actual performance. Politics is a natural part of business and every Organisation is faces it.
