Low salary growth and bonus. No defined working hours, you have to be available for 24x7. Less responsibilities as an engineer, more non productive responsibilities. Low decision making power. Very slow recruitment process when one resigned, that increases pressure on existing stuff. Less control on bottom employee like operator, fitter.

It's a great company for the one who want to initiate career in paper industries because none other company in India is Bigger than ITC papers. It will give u all independence to create, learn and focus on your goals in technical and in non technical terms.

Remote location and little problem can happen due to regional language when u will come initially but with respect to time u will learn gradually.
