Initially when I joined that company, it was really good experience..but by the time I got to know that place is not good for girls.. not even for boys. Most of the time managers did misbehave with employees... Even if a single female employee joins their organisation they were just completely involve in her personal life... They just terminated their employees just because of their ego satisfaction. I don't think so who is not thinking about their employees wellbeing, they don't deserve such kind of title. First they need to respect those who are working for them, give them good work culture & should follow corporate ethics then they will entitle of such title. May be my worlds is harsh but you can ask from their ex employee, they will tell you reason why they were terminated & you will laugh on those silly reasons.
