The management will take good care about every person and every employee, they will provide good transport system for everyone, company will provide free food, work timings also good, they will give first priority for every candidate safety, providing festival holidays and maintenance holidays they will provide literally safe and secured jobs

They don't choose the candidate for suitable jobs, they don't think about the person is suitable, based upon the person behavior knowledge and attitude for the job. They slect randomly to the positions, I suggest it is better to take the right person to the right post, in the product line captains and team leaders always shouting tothe team members, all of the Superior are tamilians are shows very partially to the Telugu people's, we can't learn what we are interested in, they don't allow to watch the other departments and other shops they don't give any respect to the peoples.
