If you are looking for self respect, you will get distractions only. Iss cheats every employee in compensation perspective.

Management is worse. They treat you like servants No work life balance. They call anytime during the night. Vacation also you need to work remotely.

HR work is too slow. Joining formalities take soo much time. Lack of chances of growth by your skills and inputs. Lack of professional, qualified persons on required position. Rewards and recognition is joke. In short government office. No ethics,no standard.
