Good boss and inter department coordination.

Dislikes

All work is done manual.. No IT Finance Or SCM infrastructure. Hence loads of manpower is wasted manual work and other strategic and transition works remains pending. Wage parity as per market needs to be matched.. Higher attrition due low salary bracket.

Terrible work life balance. Boss chases on whatsApp for regular status. Too many team calls. No one owns the responsibility and ownership of work.

Within 6 moths I had to leave my job just because previous employee was on maternity leave and she is coming back. so they said me, that they don't have any vacancy. so i had to resigned and quit the job.still I am searching job just because on the spot they said to resigned me before 1 week. Is this professional behave ?? I don't know.

No likes. Higher management should have site visits and one on one with the staff assuring there will be action taken against the wrong

Management is worse. They treat you like servants No work life balance. They call anytime during the night. Vacation also you need to work remotely.

HR work is too slow. Joining formalities take soo much time. Lack of chances of growth by your skills and inputs. Lack of professional, qualified persons on required position. Rewards and recognition is joke. In short government office. No ethics,no standard.
