ISS is really a good company to work with. The Country leadership team is so great and enthusiastic.

Dislikes

Only one drawback the salary structure is not so friendly and so as career growth

Work Details

Work life is superb...all the team members are really nice and bosses are also great

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
