Good peers around to work with, enthusiastic environment as most of the workforce are in a 23-33 age bracket

Dislikes

No systems and processes due to which there is no work life balance. Working here seems great on the outside due to their amazing marketing but reality differs. It largely lacks systems and is also poor on the compensation front, management bluntly say statements such as "any employee can be replaced" and they live by this. If Isprava was the only choice I would recommend to go for it but if other alternatives exist then choose the later....Read More

Work Details

My work included procuring materials for their various construction sites in Goa and Coonoor, I also looked after their logistics to various sites. I had to time and again re negotiate rates with various vendors and generate purchase orders.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years.
