its a great experience here, everyone is very helpful even our chairman sir also very kind around us.hospital culture and job security is very satisfactory.

Dislikes

Treatments are poor because there is no any GNM nurses and 2 to 3 nursing staffs have ANM certificate and rest of the nursing staffs have no any certificate. There is no any job security, career growth, salary / appraisal. Work environment is very poor as well as work life balance . Mos t of the employees monthly salary less than Rs.6500. Sr. Executive/Executive Salary less than 11000 and 10000 respectively....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
