Good work environment and culture.teammaates are supportive and the management is stunning.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary packages.

Dislikes

Poor; Remuneration, growth and development,poor placement of tasks against individual skills, very big gap in terms of benefits and salary between Junior and senior staffs in comparison to tasks done by both.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
