I joined the Ishaan infotech in Mar 2020 and in thr month of Apr 2020 I got a call from HR ( Akshay Joshi & Sanal Pillai ) they said that we can not give you the salary due to covid, your job will continue after the pandemic but not sure it is uncertain. So guys think, if anyone join the company and left his previous job and suddenly pandemic comes then what is the mistake of that guy who recently join your organization and leave his previous faithful job and this so called company ( Ishaan ) silently, indirectly fired the new employee.
