No exposure to any type of learning or something to the employee who has joined from another firm, exposure is only for newly joined G.E.T's. Seniors are neither helpful nor appreciable as well.

The goal and a clear view for future is missing. No vision for future technology. Company invests a lot on consultants but the employees are unwilling to implement the learnings. MD interferes in day to day operations of the company. All retired people are sitting on the top posts. The appraisal methodology is very vague.
