Working with various fintechs and banks has improved my knowledge and been good for my overall career. As for growth opportunities, it is fair here. Promotions are based on skills and performance, so you know if you work hard, you will get rewarded for it. I was also fresher when I started, and now, just two years later, I am a TL.

Sometimes you might be asked to put in some overtime, which is pretty normal in our line of work.

Fake commitment , Cruel Hr team, They should have sacked from company. Putting Bond for all the employee , privately ,and taking sign by saying this is just joining formalities. Think 10000 times before you join, Don't spoil your career.

The senior management is understanding and supportive in all situations. Employees can take WFH at times and the overall leave policies are also generous. It si easy to balance work and personal life here

The department which should solve the issues of employees is the most useless department here. HR here has one job throughout the day, write reviews on glassdoor and ambitionbox. Have a look at the 5star reviews are you can be your own judge if they mean anything. Other than that HR checks which employee is out for more than 1 hour so that they can deduct their salary directly from the payroll

There is nothing to like about this pan dukan. Working here is much worse than being jobless. Ask any ex folks to know the picture. Pathetic place, absolute torture and workplace harassment without pay and relieving letter.

the employees they work really hard , make everything possible and put their to the utmost, not like other sales team, Product team is highly productive, interesting projects etc.

un experienced seniors are there, there's not a single hope for advance in career, if luck is very bad, HR are like dancing doll in the hand of manager, they don't have any power to operate managment, and all, there's no relational manager, no one listen if you've any problem.
