There is nothing to like about this company

They don't pay salary on time and they give any benefits to the employees. Manager kaustubh is very diplomatic person he will always keep you hanging with no real answers. HR is doing nothing for the employees. Director of the company bhakti sapke don't deliver any of her promises. I left the company gave resignation she promised methat she will not keep my money but after 2 months she blocked me from everywhere because I was asking for my 1.80 lakh rupees of incentives of 1 year. Groupism, politics and favouritism... No support from management... Lot of pressure by mentally and restrictions... plus 2 years bond compulsory 👎🏻👎🏻.. If you want to leave for any reason so you have to give proof and lot of explanation.. no diwali bonus...
