I joined IRT Digital Analytics Solutions 2.5 years ago and I am getting good learning about the new hiring process. I manage the entire process which is quite a learning for me. It is good to see my seniors are quite helpful. Glad to work here.

Less Increment percentage compared to the work load.

Work Details

Work Life at the start was good, not much pressure. But after completing a year the company expects you to deliver, if you don’t then you won’t get a good increment/appraisal.
