Dislikes

The company withdrew my offer just 3 days before the joining date. I was left jobless, with no professionalism, no ethics, and no support from upper management and HR it was a disheartening experience. I hope this does not ever happen with any other candidate.

Nothing to like about this Company, Everyone is biased from bottom to upper management even the owner.They will make your life hell and mentally torture you. They will make you sign the bond and threaten to ruin your BGV.

No responsibility taken by management. You are on your own if things go wrong. You will not be able take your leaves freely. If you want ruin your confidence then join the company. Don't go by the fake reviews they are given by HR

Worst place to work.

Dislikes

There is nothing to like. Worst management, they forces employee( even already experienced ones) to sign the bond and they don’t provide any training and then if person wants to leave they enforce them to pay the bond amount or they will not release the reliving and experience letter and they threaten the employee to ruin their BGV. There are no fixed hours of work . You have to work for unlimited hours. For leaves , you have to beg for it . You can not take leaves easily which you are entitled to They will force you to change the location( as per their clients) even if you cannot switch. In one instance they asked an employee to relocate to hundreds of kms away from him hometown (as they promis work from hime while hiring) and then when he paid all the rent and security in new place and bought the place, they asked him to report to the office daily which is almost 60 kms away....Read More

I can write an essay on the dislikes of this company. 1. Company promised me the WFH while interviewing but within 1 week of joining, they asked me to report to the office. 2. While joining, the company made me sign a bond on the condition that I will be trained further but as I was hired as a Lead consultant, the company made me train other resources. I never received even a single training class for my own skill enhancement, even after this, the company forced me to pay the bond amount or they denied clearing the background verification and won't release the relieving and experience letter. 3. They are proving the training to the freshers with their own consultants and then (No professional trainer was hired) and even sometimes they asked freshers to learn from youtube. 4. There is no job security. You can lose your job at any point in time. 5. Company is playing with fresher's futures. They hire freshers, and so-called "train" them and if the fresher does not reach the experience level of 2-3 years experienced resource within 1-2 months, the company will terminate the employment with the reason " Not fit for technical deployment". 6.
