I have been in this company from quite sometime now, so before anything, will try to honestly list the pros that they have to offer. Well, Iron Systems used to be doing well until about 2020, but then their internal politics and clownery decision making made them a dreaded sinking ship. Here I'm listing their cons on what have been going on in the company, and being an insider, everything is true. If anyone can challenge me on anything that is not true from below points, I'm ready to surrender myself. (1) The foundation of Iron systems is based on biasness and favoritism. Read on further where I will prove why. (2)They also have policy of deducting 10% in the name of variable bonus from your salary, which is never given to any employee. In every 6 months, the management sends an email to all employees stating that "our business has taken a massive hit and in order to preserve our budget, we are deciding to not give bonuses and appraisals till further notice". This has been happening since 2021. (3) The appraisals/increments and the overall policy around it is one of the worst. The appraisals for all employees are indefinitely on hold since 2021. (4) ONLY the closest bootlickers of management guys will get appraisals. Only if you personally know anyone from management or are a close relative of theirs, then join, otherwise it will be a nightmare to join this company. (5) Let's talk about favoritism and appraisals. Last year, manager from GHCM India received twenty five percent appraisal and the best part- she also begged to got her variable component removed from her salary structure. Similarly, this year, executive from GHCM India received twenty five percent appraisal. All this because, both of them were referrals of Chief Staff Officer. Now you see these clowns and their biasness? All other employees are suffering because of 10% salary deduction and here these people are enjoying their full salary. Will make anyone's blood boil. (6) There is another guy in the vendor team. This guy resigned twice in last 2 years and received appraisal both the times. The second time he has also been promoted. Ofcourse we all know the favoritism reason. BUT, the bizarreness doesn't ends here. Read this interesting story- one fine day this gentleman was sitting on the official video call with one his woman team member, and on the video call this gentleman was "shirtless" and smoking a cig. Ofcourse a complaint was raised by that woman team member. Fast forward today- that woman team member has been terminated from the company and this gentleman got promoted with thirty percent appraisal. Dear IRON SYSTEMS, this is the lowest you guys can stoop to. If the Rock bottom has a basement, that's where you guys reside. (7) Their BITO business has taken a big hit and is at the lowest in terms of revenue as of today. They do not have any money to pay your salaries, so think 1000 times before joining. Bulk terminations are going on currently. (8) Do not join if they offer you Technical PM or Data center position by naming a big client name. That domain and client is fake and your life will be ruined doing just support and calling stuff. (9) The managers and leaders here do not know how to talk to their team members. Most of them you will find shouting and insulting on their subordinates. (10) If that was not all, the leave policy is one of the crazy in this company. They provide total 17 annual leaves (12 EL + 5 SL). Out of this, it is MANDATORY to apply atleast 12 leaves during the year end closure days, which are the compulsory company shutdown days. If you do not have that much balance by the end of the year, you have compulsorily remain on leave without pay and get your salary deducted....Read More

Worst company to work with. No job security. They can fire you anytime without giving any prior warning and without letting you serve notice. They will bring up any silly excuse in such a way where they will not even pay your salary when they fire you. The managers and leaders are totally illiterate and useless people. If anyone don't have criteria with job security then must consider it, company severely lacks job security (asked to leave company with in 6 month) which gives feeling vulnerable and uncertain about future. No training for new joiners or any kind of support, just handover in front of client. Iron System using big client name to lure for hiring candidates. Oh well there are a lots and lots of things to like about Iron Systems, as this is one of the best company to exist on this planet. But I believe they could have been even better if they existed on a different planet and lived amongst aliens and employed them instead of humans. Ok let's list the innumerable "likes" or "pros" about Iron Systems, which is precisely the reason why I love them so much and don't want to leave this company till eternity. 1. The CEO and the management are Truly visionary—they’ve mastered the art of running the company into the ground. 2. Micromanagement is their love language. 3. They are really good at motivating employees— to look for jobs elsewhere. 4. HR’s door is always open— for you to walk out and quit. 5. Their recruitment process is revolutionary— it revolves around hiring the CEO’s and Chief of Staff's friends and relatives. 6. The management team is always consistent— in making terrible decisions. 7. HR policies are as clear as mud. 8. They’ve created a culture of excellence— in covering up their failures. 9. I hope you all liked the likes more than I like this company. So now let's get down to some real talk. 1. Aggressive hiring and firing is going on in the company from last 2 years. Sudden terminations have really become a thing here in Iron Systems. To all those thinking about joining this company, think over it before deciding to join here. The management guys and the business heads have really lost their minds. They have become highly impatient and can decide to fire you anywhere within 1 to 3 months or sometimes 6 months of your joining, for over even a single little mistake, or if they simply do not like you. 2. They have forcefully made it compulsory for all company employees to get a 10% salary deduction in the name of variable bonus, which is never given to anybody because they come up with a policy to scrap it and cancel the bonuses. 3. They will only favor their own friends and relatives. You read about the 10% salary deduction policy above? The management's friends and relatives who joined this company, got their variable component removed from their salary conveniently, including the manager in HR India. There is another new guy who joined in their Software department, who is getting his full salary, whereas all other software department existing employees are getting their salary cut due to variable component. The reason? This new guy happens to be the brother of the Director of Recruitment department. 4. Majority of their clients have pulled out their projects due to management's own decision making, and they have conveniently shifted the entire blame to the entire Program Management department. As a result, the senior managers take out all their frustrations and shout bad words during team meetings to their subordinates. This is the reason, within last 30 days, as much as 5-6 program managers/coordinators have submitted their resignations. There is no like about this company
Managers need to grow the bone here...all are management chamcha simply they say I m working for my team and all bulshit stories but when you need them they simply give hand. Continuously Layoff that too with in 15 mins employee are removed. From past 5 years no appraisal happened. No indian holidays overall u will get 6 holidays thatsall.
