Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. NO JOB SECURITY. AS MANAGER WANTS HE CAN REMOVE FROM JOB

Management is religious towards employees. Torture employees while they leave. No career growth. Policies changes according to need of management. More partiality from allotting holidays to hike increment. First they say 3 months probationary and agrees to pay 10k for 3 months and later after joining, during documentation they say it's 6 months and they continue to pay 10k itself. Don't think after 6 months they give hike. It's wrong assumption. After 1.5 years also they say we can give only 10k. No facilities provided. 2km should walk for bus even for women's. No team lunch atleast once in a year. And team outing it's a dream....Read More
