There have good banking clients. This is one of the plus point here. You can sit with top quality developers from citi and learn from them. Learning is good here because you get to develop good and well thought products. Work life balance is completely depends on your project with citi.

Dislikes

Management have no control over work pressure from client side. They have fixed cost for developers ranging from 5-10 years experience. So until you do something great at company level along with your client work, appraisals are not appreciated. They have strict no wfh policy on the when you do work from office

I don't like the company policy to change the project, they have 18 month policy even you don't like the project and skills are not matching. Iris client exception- you should fully functional from day one even you don't have idea about the project and working style. Worst part is iris reporting manager are not backing their emp they agree what every client say.

Iris is a good company with many banking projects. They take care about their employees and have good policies to help them. Career growth is good to compare to other companies. Good Health Insurance packages. Iris helps employees to groom their new technologies by providing sessions on those.
