Baseless salary deduction No support from seniors Pay scale is poor Project Managers have target, based on which they deduct their salary If you can't achieve your target then you are of no use to them despite of sales team being there. There is not at all any workpressure. The management is flexible enough to give yoy leverage for other subject you would like to do side by side. People are fine.
