There is not at all any workpressure. The management is flexible enough to give yoy leverage for other subject you would like to do side by side. People are fine.

Dislikes

There is an stunt growth at iresearch.No proper talent acauisition.Opportunities are nil.There is no learning for an upgraded skills or subject you cpntinue to do your same nasty hob everyday.People would not know how many times you have been out of the office in a day as there is no talent in Management.You actually have no work here good place to chill.No compensations.No salary hikes.
