It's awesome place to explore myself and i still enjoy working in this culture, No doubt I joined here as a fresher but in this approx. 2 yrs of my journey I found myself to be well developed disciplined in my feild. And I found myself confident enough that I may Stand in first row of Electrical Engineers. And I found best team of IRCON, and I think I was blessed to have this team which trained me prepared me as perfect Engineer who will lighten the name of my parent organization... Dislikes

Nothing much, Just there is some discrimination between Regular and Contract employees which pinches a lot. And even there is bit problem of controlling sub-ordinates those are Regular Employees because they have the mindset that they earn more so people having low shud not rule them.

Work Details

I Enjoy my working and responsibilities given to me rather I accept them as a challenge and try to finish it in targeted date as per the program. Which energizes me & prepare myself for the next Target more efficiently.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
