1) Extreme travelling over 200 kms sometimes 250 kms per day 2)Poor management 3) Travelling expenses were late after 2 to 3 months, it's sometimes equal to your 1 or 2 months salary,though u have to continue travel by your own pocket 4) No fix promotion criteria, an Engineer I met & having good experience & knowledge of about 10 years was still worked at the same position till last 4 years & 1 non competent person get promotion in only 9 months having total experience of only 4 years by praising managers 5) Limited learning experience 6) No job safety, company has already remove higher authorities due to no work iissue...Read More
