Project Architect - PMS

We are looking for a Project Architect - PMS for our Railway project at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee architectural plans and designs for commercial structures
• Collaborate with client, stakeholders and project teams to ensure project requirements are met
• Plan and schedule architectural activities of the project from inception to end so the specifications of design & quality are met
• Coordinate with all the stakeholders involved and conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications
• Provide technical expertise and resolve design or execution challenges

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in Architecture /Civil

Preferred candidate profile:- Minimum 10 years experience in planning & designing, PMC or execution of commercial structures

Experience of projects related to Railways, Airport, Ports, Bus Terminals, Highways, etc will be preferred and included in the CV in detail

Age Limit: Max age limit for the candidates is 65 years as on Jan 2025
