We are hiring for Hr - Operation role for our Mumbai Office.(On Contract)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Process documentation and prepare letter s& reports relating to personnel activities (training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
• Maintain payroll data of new joiners
• Communicate with public services when necessary
• Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
• Onboard new joiners thru software

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Experience in HR operations management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Only Male candidate.
